Mr. Lauchner is the Co-Founder and CEO of CSS.  He holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Management from University of California, San Diego and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy.  Mr. Lauchner has a long-demonstrated history of working in the safety, environmental, and life sciences service industry and has led CSS from its inception to its present-day success.  He is a strong business development professional, skilled in negotiation, budgeting, operations management, sales, public policy, team building, as well as mergers & acquisition strategy. Prior to starting CSS, Mr. Lauchner held senior management positions in the healthcare and environmental industry sectors.
